Treasury Associate
As a Treasury Associate, your tasks will include the following:
- Perform day to day treasury transactions (i.e. execution of wire transfers, issues resolution, accounting postings, post dated cheques handling, etc.)
- Assist in cash and liquidity management
- Assist in cash flow forecasting process
- Monitors & manages the organization’s bank relationships, reviews bank offers, finance documentation
- Operate payment process and generate periodic payment plans
- Reconciles bank balances & cash balances daily
- Review, reconcile and resolve any vendors’ account discrepancies
- Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements
- Manage petty cash process and transactions
- Address and respond to vendor and business partner inquiries
- Work efficiently in a team environment within the department and effectively liaises with the various departments within the organization
- Adheres to and implements the procedures, policies and work instructions of the organization
- Provide various ad hoc reports in line with departmental objectives as requested by Management
What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant position
- Broad knowledge and experience in AR and AP processes
- Expert use of ERP systems (preferably ENTERSOFT)
- Advanced level in Microsoft Office suite and especially in excel spreadsheets
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills\
- Ability to meet tight deadlines\
- Critical thinking, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
