At FOURNARAKIS S.A. we have long had one of the best and most organized Service Centers for electrical tools and machines in Greece. Our highly qualified and experienced team of technicians along with the full stock of original spare parts that we maintain, ensure quality and fast repair of your tool or machine, even within 24 hours.

In order to achieve instant availability of spare parts at any given moment, we have further expanded the warehouse space, used exclusively for this purpose. We now stock over 14,000 SKUs in genuine spare parts, covering the entire range of power tools and machines.

  • We repair, maintain and provide warranty coverage services for all brands we distribute in our market, based on the manufacturer's specifications, using only genuine spare parts. 
  • We have specialized staff, with many years of experience in the field who are constantly trained on new technologies. 
  • We have state of the art facilities, specialized diagnostic tools and repair machinery. 
  • We have state of the art warehouse facilities, ensuring availability in genuine spare parts is always at hand.
  • We provide continuous status update on the repair and shipping of the tool or machine, as well as a complete repair history, thanks to our fully computerized operation.

Shipping for repair

Our regional partner in cooperation with our service team will guide you about the process of shipping a tool or machine for inspection and repair. At the same time, continuous information is provided on the progress of this process.

To minimize repair time, please keep in mind that:

  • The tool must be delivered complete and assembled.
  • The purchase receipt must be attached as warranty period proof.
  • Any damage or symptoms should be mentioned in advance.

For non-warranty cases, there is a minimum fee of €10.00 + VAT for the assessment costs, which in case the repair is completed are offset against the final cost of the repair.

Repair

  • Cleaning and inspection
    Your tool is thoroughly cleaned and inspected for damage and wear. If damage or wear is observed, the list of spare parts that will be needed is drawn up.
     
  • Repairing
    Your tool is repaired using original parts and consumables recommended by the respective manufacturer, extending its life.
     
  • Functionality control
    We test and inspect again every single repaired tool for proper operation to its specifications before it is shipped back to you.

Repair Time and Conditions

Our high inventory strategy for moving spare part codes ensures quick and successful repair, even within 24 hours.

For warranty cases, the tool repair time ONLY includes the initial assessment time and the actual tool repair time, if spare parts are available. In the event that a part is required on order from the manufacturers' central warehouses, the service team advises you of the estimated date of completion of the repair. For non-warranty cases, the time required for the approval of the cost by the customer is should also be considered.

Repair within 24 hours

F.F. GROUP – BENMAN 

We offer special repair and warranty services for F.F. GROUP and BENMAN tools and machines.

  • We repair in up to 24 hours, once we receive the tool or machine and the necessary genuine spare parts are available.
  • We provide continuous information on the status of the repair and shipping of the tool or machine, thanks to the organization and computerization of our repair center.
  • We provide a 6-month warranty for the spare parts of the repair carried out.

Repair up to 5 Days

FLEX – SKIL – AR BLUE CLEAN

We offer special repair and warranty services for FLEX, SKIL and AR BLUE CLEAN tools and machines.

  • We repair in up to 5 days, once we receive the tool or machine and the necessary spare parts are available.
  • We provide continuous information on the status of the repair and shipping of the tool or machine, thanks to the organization and computerization of our repair center.
  • We provide a 6-month warranty for the spare parts of the repair carried out.

BOSCH

We repair and maintain BOSCH and DREMEL tools and machines for non-warranty cases.
