Warranty Terms

All warranties are provided in accordance with the terms of the manufacturers. 

Warranty time activation occurs on the date of purchase by issuing the receipt or invoice. The relevant proof of purchase must be indicate at least the product code and the date of its purchase. For the confirmation of the validity of the guarantee is required, in addition to the proof of purchase of the product, its control by our Service Center, where it is found that the cause of the breakdown falls under warranty. 

The shipping costs of the tools or machinery to and from our company, shall be borne by the consignor in all cases. Their distribution is done through our network of cooperating points of sale.   

The ownership of the products, spare parts and accessories, judged defective and replaced when a warranty claim is approved, are transferred to the company FOURNARAKIS S.A.   

Read the user manual of the tool or machine carefully before first use. Always follow the safety rules set out in the instructions of the manufacturer. Do not try to repair the tool or machine by yourself. Repair requires qualified personnel and equipment to be safe and guaranteed. Avoid any interference with the tools, because there is risk of injury. 

The warranty period is not extended or renewed as a result of any work performed by our company under warranty. 

The stated warranty terms are governed by the laws of Greece. 

All listed warranty terms are valid for the year 2022. 

FOURNARAKIS S.A. reserves the right to change the warranty terms without any notice. 

The warranty covers the cost of repairing the tool or machine and any required replacement of parts that are defective to the material, or the construction and does not apply: 

• Where repairs have been made or attempted by people other than the official or an authorized repair center.

• Where modifications or falsifications of the product have been made.

• Where non-genuine or non-original parts, consumables or accessories have been installed.

• In case of overuse, unorthodox use or not in accordance with the user manual use.

• In case of poor maintenance or exposure to harmful environmental factors.

• Where repairs due to normal wear and tear are required or to consumables, accessories, power cords, supporting batteries and other related items.

• For minor deviations from the specifications that are not necessary for the proper functioning of the product.

• For damages that are the result of factors other than the product, such as natural disasters, theft, wear and tear during transport, etc.

• Where the product is used as a rental item.

• Where the product is an exhibition part, sample or free supply.

F.F. GROUP and BENMAN products are manufactured according to the highest quality standards and comply with all applicable European regulations on safety, emissions, etc. Products are thoroughly tested when their production is completed to guarantee that they are free of manufacturing defect and materials, for a period of time as below, starting from the date of their purchase: 

• Professional use: 1 year 
• Amateur use: 2 years 

Warranty term exceptions may be made, according to promotions in effect from time to time or as follows: 

• Batteries: 1 year, regardless of use 
• Angle Grinders (HD line): 2 years, regardless of use 
• Air compressors (HD line): 2 years, regardless of use 
• Electric water pumps: 3 years, in case of amateur use 
• High pressure washers: 3 years, in case of amateur use 
• Generators (HD line): 2 years, regardless of use 

In case that a product falls under more than one exclusion rule, the shortest warranty period applies. 

FLEX products are manufactured according to the highest quality standards and comply with all applicable European regulations regarding safety, emissions, etc. The products are thoroughly tested when their production is completed to guarantee that they are free of manufacturing and material defects, for a period of time as follows, starting from the date of their purchase: 

• Professional use: 3 years 
• Amateur use: 3 years 

Warranty term exceptions may be made, according to promotions in effect from time to time or as follows: 

• Batteries: 2 years, regardless of use 

In case that a product falls under more than one exclusion rule, the shortest warranty period applies. 

SKIL products are manufactured according to the highest quality standards and comply with all applicable European regulations regarding safety, emissions, etc. The products are thoroughly tested when their production is completed to guarantee that they are free of manufacturing and material defects, for a period of time as follows, starting from the date of their purchase: 

• Professional use: 1 year 
• Amateur use: 3 years 

Warranty term exceptions may be made, according to promotions in effect from time to time or as follows: 

• Batteries: 6 months, in case of professional use 
• Power tools with brushless engine: 5 years, in case of amateur use 
• Power tools (grey line): 2 years, in case of amateur use 

In case that a product falls under more than one exclusion rule, the shortest warranty period applies.

AR BLUE CLEAN products are manufactured according to the highest quality standards and comply with all applicable European regulations regarding safety, emissions, etc. The products are thoroughly tested when their production is completed to guarantee that they are free of manufacturing and material defects, for a period of time as follows, starting from the date of their purchase: 

• Professional use: 1 year 
• Amateur use: 2 years 

Warranty term exceptions may be made, according to promotions in effect from time to time or as follows: 

• Products of professional line: 1 year, regardless of use 

In case that a product falls under more than one exclusion rule, the shortest warranty period applies.

Warranty requests for BOSCH and DREMEL tools and machines are handled by BOSCH's authorized repair centers in Athens and Thessaloniki.
